Workshops & Specialty Course Weekends Sector Baltimore Workshops Usually held at Southern High School in Harwood, MD or South River High School in Edgewater, MD during February. See online Calendar for dates, times, location, and program information Operations / Team Coordination Training (TCT) Workshop Annual attendance is mandatory for all District 5SR boat and aviation crew/coxswain qualified members. This workshop is usually offered in the spring starting with the Sector Baltimore Workshop typically held in February. See online Calendar for dates, times, location, and program information See "BCQ Program Materials and Study Aids" for Operations Workshop and TCT Presentation Sector Baltimore Specialty Course Weekend (SCW) Offered at CG Yard, Curtis Bay provides members the opportunity to interact with fellow Auxiliarists from throughout Sector Baltimore while going through a review of the material in a Coast Guard Auxiliary specialty courses (Communications, Navigation, Patrols, Seamanship, Search and Rescue or Weather) and then taking the final exam over a weekend. Overnight billeting is available at the Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, VA.
